A woman died because she didn't want her 2002 buick repoed. do u think the driver should be punished if he didn't see her or was she in the wrong ?

she begged the repo truck driver to not take her car and he told her he has to, after he hooked up the car to the truck, she jumped in between the truck and her car, when he drove off the woman got trapped under the vehicle and died. he claimed he did not see her.

  • Suicide by tow truck, and I feel bad for the driver. No different than people who purposely steer into oncoming traffic - the poor bastard who hits them is the one who has to deal with the guilt, even though it's not remotely their fault.

  • He probably didn't see her. :( So sad but that was a very foolish thing for her to do. :(

  • IDK, good question. I drive a vehicle at my job and Im responsible for it. Im responsible to make sure no one gets in blind spots of my vehicle. Im assuming this tow truck had the mirrors needed to see those blind spots. Just pointing that out, what a tragedy though...

  • Really? Why would that woman get between two moving vehicles?! Common sense! And cars aren't that important. Totally her fault, sad but true.
