  • nope... and I have on many occasions purposely walked under ladders.

I also NEVER pick up pennies but I DO say a silent thank you and make a wish that someone who really believes finds that penny... I will also drop pennies instead of keeping them sending luck to those that believe.

The one thing I do is make the sign of the cross when an ambulance passes and say a quick prayer for who ever is hurt and a prayer for those helping.

  • Believe it? No. Do I risk it? No. ;) My daughter played with her umbrella in the house non-stop this past spring and our luck was no different than before. That said, waving an open umbrella around in the house carries the risk of knocking into things so we discourage it.

  • yeah i still make an "x" when i'm driving and a black cat crosses my path. I know it's not logical, it's just a habit from when I was little :)
