How do you cook a t-bone steak that isn't on the bbq?

  • i normally just use an oven on any steak and cook it. the trick is how tender you want it.my way might not be everybodys way though.:) good luck!

  • I wrap ours in aluminum foil with some seasonings.  Put it at 350 for about an hour.  Very tender and juicy.

  • you can cook it in the oven and cook it or with a little bit of cooking oil cook it on top of the stove not to high though cause it will cook to fast and be tough. Oh and if you do it in the oven put a little water in the bottom of the pan not much like just enough to coat the bottom that also help it not dry out. How I helped good luck.

  • heat up a pan with olive oil really hot then toss the seasoned steak in for about 1-2 min on each side just to seal in the juices( you want it browned quickly) then pop the pan into the oven at 350 until cooked to your liking.
