Weight gain duirng pregnancy

During my first pregnancy I had no problem gaining weight (actually gained too much). This time around I started out a bit overweight, about 20 lbs more than I should. I lost 5 pounds in the first 10 weeks and then gained 2 pounds between week 10 and 14. I'm just not sure how much weight I should gain this time. I want the baby to be healthy and I have read many different things from gaining no weight to gained 30 lbs if you're overweight. I'll ask my doctor next time, but until then any ideas on how much I should gain?
