What are some of the negative thoughts that run on auto pilot in your brain?

Curious about the thoughts that seem to keep us in a state of stagnation, frustration and isolation. What are some of your thoughts that make you feel like crap throughout the day and everyday?

  • Too many to list or try to explain!! But I try to stay positive because if I dwelled on these thoughts I would be a VERY depressed person.

  • Even an iota of thought of being separated from my love can panic me & at times this is the thought that run on an auto pilot in my brain....
