I ironed out a really fabulous recipe for meyer lemon beignets and posted it yesterday...and it turns out one of my readers is allergic to eggs.
I googled and googled, but couldn't figure out a decent replacement for the eggs-eggs are so vital to a basic choux recipe. I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies knew of something that might work?
