  • Whatever you want! This morning I had a leftover pasty. True story. Just make sure whatever you have has a nice healthy dose of protein, a little bit of good carbs, a little bit of good fat, and some veggies or fruit. So it's as easy as a good whole grain cereal with fruit, and milk.

  • sounds like I want breakfast at your house!!! yummy and a healthy start..I eat 4 scrambled egg whites with one wedge of low fat laughing cow cheese and a veggie sauteed in a few drops of EVOO if I have some leftover (thinly sliced mushrooms or asparagus or tomatoes normally),I love salsa also ,a corn tortilla and fruit.I love this and it now only takes a few minutes to prepare, My other fave is true whole grain bread toasted and spread with humus or smashed avocado or babaganoush and topped with tomatoes. If I am feeling wild LOL I'll throw a few crumbles of low fat feta on.

  • I eat dinner leftovers for breakfast all the time. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast foods. I've been known to eat sandwiches, too. I just toast the bread.

  • I eat things like: kimbap, rice and kimchi, dahl with rice and naan, stuffed rotis, naan with some chutney, fish stew with rice and kimchi, aloo bhaji.

Sometimes I will have some oatmeal with fresh fruit, or just fresh fruit with a boiled egg or two.
