  • Yes, we have a vegetable garden every year. We grow potatoes, green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, onions, carrots, jalapeno peppers and green bell peppers. We can and freeze whatever we are able. I also have many flower gardens throughout the yard.

  • This is going to be my second year of growing vegetables. We grew peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes, and herbs. It was nice to be able to pluck off a few basil leaves fresh from my herb garden instead of paying $3.00 for the same amount of leaves at the store.

  • Yes, to both. We have a couple of fruit trees & a strawberry bed, plus a large annual garden bed & two smaller perennial garden beds of asparagus & herbs. I want to add a cold-frame this year so that we can extend our harvest season.
