  • You remember how good you feel after doing it and do it anyway.

  • awwe! lelly! I'm sorry you got so ripped apart on your spelling on that last thread. I felt bad for commenting on it, when I saw all of them tear you apart on it. :)

I have that same problem. Once I do it, I feel better, but there is something so difficult about getting started. I could sit there all day thinking about it!

  • walk

  • Make a deal with yourself. Say you'll workout for 10 or 20 min and if you don't feel like it after then you can stop. Chances are you'll want to keep going, but even if you don't at least you got 10 or 20 min in which is much better than nothing!

  • I force myself to get up and exercise. A few minutes in and you'll feel so much better about doing it and the "I really don't want to exercise" feeling will go away =)

  • Get a friend and do some walking.

  • Walking helps a lot. If you have a close friend or your partner that goes with you it makes it a little better. Good luck
