  • Any garlic?

Make pasta according to package directions. Cut up broccoli into small pieces and blanch. Cut chicken into strips and cook. Add olive oil and garlic into a pan and cook until soft. Add some pepper. Toss everything together when cooked.

  • Chicken fettucini alfredo with broccoli mixed in. Any pasta works, and it doens't have to be an actual white/alfredo sauce either. Use a can or two of cream of whatever soup. Or just make them all seperate.

  • do you have cheese to go with that or to melt in to it?

  • My idea was a lot like the first one. Prepare the pasta. If you have garlic, heat some olive oil (or vegetable oil) in a skillet, just a few tablespoons. Slice the chicken into thin strips. Cut 2 garlic cloves into quarters. Toss them into the oil and sautee til the garlic starts to brown a little. Remove the garlic and toss the chicken into the oil. It will absorb the garlic flavor from the oil. Once the chicken is done, add a teaspoon or so of real butter and let it melt. Toss the pasta with the chicken and top with parmesan cheese. Yummy =)

  • I would saute the chicken with garlic, lemon juice and Italian spices. Cook pasta according to package directions and toss with pan sauce and drippings from the chicken. Saute the broccoli with butter, garlic salt and pepper. Hmm, maybe I just planned dinner tomorrow night

  • Saute the chicken. Slice in strips. Boil pasta as package says. Meanwhile, melt a stick of butter and a couple teaspoons of olive oil with chopped garlic. During last few minutes of pasta cooking, add broccoli. Drain when pasta is done. Mix, chicken, pasta/broccoli and garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. NOT healthy but oh so tasty!!!
