How to stretch a meatloaf?

day 2: meat in spaghetti

  • add a salad to the meat loaf or lettuce and tomato to meat loaf sandwich.

  • I've never had enough leftovers to last that long. lol. You can freeze it also. Wrap real tight in Saran wrap, then put in baggie.

  • I agree, my meatloaf leftovers never last that long, but maybe you could chop it up and put it in a shepherds pie.

  • Mine usually only lasts for 2 meals. The kids prefer to eat it as is with potatoes and green beans. Sometimes they make a sandwich out of it but thats about it.

  • I made beef Rice a Roni and chopped up meatloaf in it. But, I usually don't have leftovers.
