  • Open your pores with a hot wash cloth or hold your face over hot water (bring to boil, remove from heat) for a few minutes. Wash gently, rinse with cold water and PAT dry your face or air dry. Do not rub. Rubbing activates the oil glands. It you have Tea Tree oil, you can dab a little on after rinsing.

  • diet, de stress, and hormone check are the only way to truly treat acne.. so change up that diet (it may take a while to play around to see what makes it worse and what is truly making you healthier and more acne free).
as for at home topical care, talk to an organic spa facial specialist. Go ahead and get a facial, they will tell you your skin type AND at home care that you need to do inorder to keep up with your skin type and condition.

That's the only wya to truly treat ANY acne. Remember acne is not just a topical problem, it's caused by underlying health issues. (mostly diet, stress and hormones, but sometimes it's more than that).
