my back is so tight between my shouldars and middle back and i have tried to stretch in every way i can think of but just cant seem to get the right spot. know of any stretches i might be able to do to get that area?

  • Hang onto a railing and straighten your arms out, staying in that position but relaxed, breathing deeply. Tipping your head forward and rounding your back by bending your knees should help as well. Good luck! If that doesn't work, see a massage therapist and get the area worked out.

  • Try tighten the area 1st, then try stretching. That's what helps me most.

  • I second seeing a massage (or physical) therapist. Get a massage and ask how to stretch the area(s) of concern.
