Do u tend to sleep more when feeling depressed ?

  • yes - it is easier to sleep than think or worry - when I had huge major trauma happening in my life - I slept well.

  • yep, wouldn't always be a deep sleep but it was eaiser to sleep or fake sleep then to be awake.
