How did you come up with your childs name?

I personally don't like the whole JR thing but my ex wanted his son to have the same initials as him. His dad is Teon Terrell so we invented the name Teondre and put the middle name Tyrell.

  • We made up her first name (Taylee) by combining a few names (if she was a boy, his name was going to be Taylor Lee). I loved the name so much I couldn't give it up, but couldn't name a girl Taylor Lee, it sounds like a boy name to me.. so I sqooooshed the names together and wa-la! Taylee!

  • Kali - It was the only name my ex and I agreed on. I personally wanted it spelled Calle or Calleigh, but even then he didn't like those spellings and ONLY wanted it spelled Kali... So I went with that. Not like I had any other options =P

  • First name Kevin just because we liked it.  Middle name Patrick because he was born on March 17th.

  • I came up with my girls name from songs or a name from a book I once read. My son was named by his sisters. My girls have pretty simple names and my son have 3 Biblical names. I think the names mold their personality.

  • Well... Our first I was going through a baby book and decided I like Celtic names and settled on Bryar Ann. So we decided to keep that going, and our second we named Rowynn Averi. If we had ever had a boy, I would have named him Tristian for the knight in King Arthur's round table....

  • Her first and middle names are both names that belonged to her great grandmothers. One on each side, mine and Dh's.
