  • none! lol, honestly, they don't work because you drink a nasty shake or drink and 1 minute later you're sitting there starving. Just eat a balanced healthy diet. 1-2 eggs or egg white omlette with veggies and a slice of whole grain toast for breakfast, a snack such as plain greek yogurt with a few berries, a lean protein like grilled chicken or fish and some veggie like broccoli or a salad for lunch, dinner, again I lean protein, veggie and whole grain like quinoa or brown rice and then another snack like raw veggies with hummus. Add plenty of water and your eating perfectly to be full and lose weight

  • This diet can't be good for you. Need fruits and veggies. also protein. Your boby needs lots of different vitamins.

  • Liquid diets are not safe and the effects don't last long. Once you stop the diet, all the weight will come back. Eat a HEALTHY diet and exercise five times a week for 20-30 minutes.
