Can u breast feed while ur sick

  • Breastfeeding is what helps keep babies from getting sick in the first place. So yeah, do it. The chances of a breastfeeding baby catching a cold (or whatever) from you are slim, and if they do catch it, it won't be transmitted through the breastmilk... it'll just be from general contact, and there's obviously no way to avoid that.

  • I think it depends on how sick you are like if your throwing up and running a bad fever you might want to wait
