  • Best thing to do is contact the company that you owe and work out some arrangement to pay back.

  • Avoid those companies like the plague, best to work out an arrangement directly with your creditors.

  • get on a debt payoff plan, start anew budget, get counseling,

You'll get texts to your cell if you have one, 24/7 counsellling financial or crises, a debt pay off plan, education and more.

    Good luck.

  • Close your checking account. Then go back to them one by one and work out a payment arrangement. And then vow to never step foot in those places again. Remember if you're thinking you need a payday loan- what you really need is an extra $500- so start thinking about extra jobs and selling stuff.

Good luck. I'm so sorry you are going through this.

  • What state do you live in? Believe it or not but my brother is an attorney in VA and is actually suing a lot of those payday loan companies. He has actually run a few out of the state. Some of the cases are in front of the VA Supreme Court which is ruling in favor of the people who took out the loans. It maybe something you would want to look into from a legal standpoint.
