Working a night shift

im working a night shift and debating if i should rest for 2 hours and then get up and go to a work out class that i love and get back on a day schedule since i will have 5 off what do you guys think

  • You need sleep. see if you can find a later class.

  • If you can handle only two hours of sleep....go for it! I work nights all of the time and I usually sleep til about noon on my first day off then stay up the rest of the day and sleep that night. That sort of gets me back on a regular sleep schedule.

  • Your body REALLY needs sleep....too little can hinder your weight loss goals as easily as too much food. If you think you can handle it, try it out.....but for me personally, I'd rather take the sleep and see if I can find a "later" class.

  • When I worked nights, I needed to rest my body, sleep first before I exercised.
