  • Not sure what are good ones... Ours don't because they eat a balanced diet everyday. I would talk to your childrens Dr. They would know what would be best.

  • Head to your local health food store. Talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Discuss activities and current diet to assess what they need. The vitamins in the health food store tend to be a higher quality product than you might get elsewhere (better ingredients, less sugar, easier absorption) so it's the best place to go, imo.

  • Balanced diet or not, kids still need vitamins. The food of today is not as healthy as years ago because the soil is so depleted and because of unsafe farming practices. My kids take vitamins prescribed for them by their doctor; most of the OTC ones are full of chemicals, artificial preservatives, colorings, and flavorings which negate the good qualities they're supposed to have.

  • no my kids dont take them. But them drin k plenty of orange juice, eat lots of fruit, and drink plenty of milk. So i believe that thats just as good.

  • My kids are still to young for regular vitamins (1yr and 2yr old) But they do take vitamin D everyday and my son gets some omega 3 because he refuses to eat fish. When they are older (4) I may put them on a multivitamin. I agree with making sure you get a good quality vitamin. I use Usana products for myself and would consider those my my kids in the future.

  • Yes! I would look into a teen health for the older one! Then a fun children one for your 8 yr old!
