No matter what

No matter how much I exercise or eat healthy...for some reason I can' get rid of this extra water weight. I had my son in 2007 and im 158 the biggest I've ever been. How do you et rid of Water weight?!

  • no. look up "drinking water and weight loss". the less water u drink, the more the body holds on to water weight; the body thinks it is having a drought so it holds on to the water. the more water u drink, the less your body holds on to water.

  • your retain water weight, because your sodium level is too high. Water pills make you pee alot, and sodium goes out with it.

  • I replace 2 meals a day with amazing protein shakes that taste great and curb my apetite. I also try to workout an hour at least 5 days a week and also take all natural energy drinks, detox tea, and caramel and chocolate chews!! I have lost 5 lbs in a week being consistent with this regime!!!
