  • I always thought sexually active meant you were having sex with someone else. Masturbation does not count in my book.

  • I take sexually active to mean that you have a sexual partner that you have sex with, and I don't consider a vibrator a "partner". Like sleepingBeautee said, masturbation doesn't count.

  • Technically "Sexually Active" means you're having intercourse with a partner.
    However, you are doing something sexually, so I imagine that it could apply in a way.
