  • bake it with lemon pepper seasoning on each side till white

  • For a really low-fat meal, spray it with cooking spray and then sprinkle it with McCormick's salmon seasoning. Bake for about 20 minutes. It is delicious!

  • lemon pepper is really good on it.... i melt some butter and mix the lemon pepper in it then coat both sides of the fish with it and put it on the broiler rack in the oven until flaky (done) and then pour the rest of the butter mix over it

  • I like to use egg whites to coat it and then lightly bread it with panko bread crumbs, panko is much coarser and crunchy

  • Please make sure that you are only buying wild caught tilapia. The farm raised is actually quite toxic
