Can i substitute a pediasure for a meal, for myself?

I have been sick and havent eaten in about 3 days, i feel like i can keep something down now but i dont feel up to somethin heavy as a meal. Would it be good for me to drink one of my DS's pediasure?

  • It might not have everything you need, but I'm pretty sure it won't hurt.

  • They do make similar things for adults too. The best known one is called ensure, may be the same company. But if you don't have someone to run the errand for you, then so ahead. I just don't know how well it might settle, the adult ones I know can be a bit "harsh" on the system. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt and would be a good fil-in. Otherwise have some soup :)
