  • they have new inventions called ovulation tests...which tell you the top two days to conceive, but they are pricey....go look at your local drug store or wal-mart

  • The length of your period has nothing to do with it. It all has to depend on how long your cycle is...from day 1 of period to next day 1.

You will ovulate between days 12-16 BEFORE your period.

Since each womans cycle is different a woman that has a 32 day cycle may ovulate on day 16 while another with the same length of cycle could ovulate on day 12.

Ovulation tests only check for hormonal surges not proof of ovulation. The only way to see if you have actually ovulated is to track your basal body temp.

  • Or you could just simply have sex every other day and your chances are better.

  • A woman is typically the most fertile from days 14-17 from the start of her last period.

For example, if day 1 of your period is March1, you'd be ovulating March 15-18. It can vary depending on your typical cycle but as a general rule, this works. To know for sure, you can chart your basal temperature each day.

  • Are your periods normal ? You can go to Google and type in ovulation calendar and put your first day of your last period which is Feb 27 and sometimes they ask how many days in between each period like 28 days or longer. Good luck I hope this helped.

  • I used ovulation calendars and they were pretty accurate. You will have to know the length of your cycles though to get a pretty close prediction.
