How to increase the breast milk supply?

I have a question. Other than frequent pumping (breast feeding is not an option for me right now), is there any other way, such as eating certain food, to increase the milk supply? Other than beer, that is. If anyone knows, can you share some tips? Thanks.

  • Oatmeal and fenugreek supplements. Make sure that you get the supplements from an herbalist. Places like GNC and CVS don't watch the quality and potency of their products.
