  • He tries. He's only 2 (almost 3 now), but he has a small piano, drums, a saxophone, a xylophone, a tambourine, a set of maracas, and a small guitar. He likes to play them all at different times, and usually I'll play one instrument (like the little piano or xylophone) and he'll play something else like the drums or his saxophone. He seems to have fun with them, but obviously he's too young to really know how to play any of them for real. I learned a few songs on the piano, and he recognizes the tunes when I play them now.
