So is the baked chicken still healthy if you coat it in crushed potato chips?

It could be worse... I could have pan fried it!

  • LOL...probably not the healthiest...but I'm pretty sure it is healthier than my boxed pizza, chicken nuggets, and pretzel bite dinner. LOL!

  • I think you are kinda defeating the purpose of eating healthy, why not use flour and put olive oil in the bottom of your baking pan it will get crisp and not be so fattening or try those dried onions you put on green bean casserole.

  • I kinda figure it was better than making chicken salad and serving it with potato chips anyway! Or picking up McDonald's nuggets. Who cares! lol. I was delicious!

  • Not so much. But the BEST chicken (IMO of course) is my MIL's Rice Krispie chicken - she dips it in melted butter, coats it in crushed RK, the once all the peices are dipped she drizzles the rest of the butter back over the chicken - she uses 2 sticks for 2 chickens. SOOOOOO good!
