  • Oh, and that's not a "new" bible, it's just a translation update to the existing Catholic bible, which is one of the oldest.

  • I know it is not a "new" Bible. I said "new" simply because it is freshly printed. Excuse my improper use of the term "new".

  • actually, i was thinking the same as NP (again, go figure!)..with the bible apps available for cell phones, i have it all right at my fingertips..its easier, too, than a book. the search engine is faster than reading a concordance or guide, i can skip to ten different scriptures in a blink, and never lose my place.
    i may never buy another bible, any version, ever again!
