  • Do you have a bunt pan? I take a chocolate cake mix just as it is and add only 1 can of cherry pie filling and microwave it. Serve with whipped topping..Yummy....It's a pampered chef recipe

  • make the choco cake like normal

frosting- i never measure stuff out, so this is close enough, i always add more or less depending on what mood im in!
2 cans eagle brand sweet milk
    1/2 cup brown sugar
small handful of candy caramels (chewy-make sure theyre unwrapped lol)
1 cup of pecans or walnuts or almonds

place first 3 ingredients in a pan. cook on medium-high heat until boiling. stir ALOT or it could scorch in the pan. its ok if it does scorch a little bit, it adds a "toasted" taste to the icing. after the brown sugar and caramels are melted, add your nuts and stir them in. your done!

  • you can either make the cake in a bunt pan and drizzle the icing over it (but its gooey, and it makes alot of icing), you can make the cake in a long cake pan and poke holes in it with a fork while its cooling, pour icing over it making sure to spread it with a spatula and let the icing sink down into the cake, OR the prettiest is to just cut the individual pieces of cake, put it on a plate, and drizzle the icing over the indiv. cake...
this is SO EASY and everybody asks me to make it!

  • Cake cookies!!! It's simple..ANY kind of cake mix, 1/2cup Crisco & 2 eggs..mix then add ANY flavor chip. Chocolate cake mix with peanut butter chips is fabulous! Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. (Dough will be REALLY thick, but trust me!)
