What kind of OTC meds to you take for joint pain?

  • my doctor recommended Glucosamine, Fish oil and black cherry juice to help with arthritis in my knees. There are two different kinds of Glucosamine, one that's more natural and one that's more chemical and I can't remember which is which now.

  • I used to take Naprosyn (naproxen sodium) before I had to go to perscription NSAIDS.

  • i avoid dairy, go to the gym, avoid processed foods, see my chiropractor regularly and i take fish oil too!

  • shark cartilage but its debatable
    dont find it to work really...but staying warm and out of cold weather REALLY makes a difference
