  • On a good day, three Large bottles. That's because my trainer says I need it in order to both be healthy and lose those extra pounds I am trying to take off so I look gorgeous in my evening gown in June for competition. I've also noticed when I don't drink enough I get headaches, and my skin has small wrinkles (which I REALLY don't want!) I know not everyone does this much, but for me, I am finding it is a necessity.

  • A couple one liter bottles a day. I've been super paranoid about having low amniotic fluid since I was sick a month or so back so I try to keep myself well hydrated.
