Change the way you think. I have to get out of myself when I feel like this. I do something special for someone else. I also find doing something physical - cleaning, a project, rearrange, whatever helps to get me out of that committee in my head. Hugs !!

First I buy myself some icecream. Maybe some Ben and Jerrys. An excellent flavor. I eat the entire thing. I watch reality television. I do the whole "mopey" thing for 48 hours. And then I make the decision that I've had enough "mourning" time and need to pull up my britches and get over it.
