Why is it ok that Walker didn't listen to the people of WI?

Every poll, even the conservative ones said the poeple of WI wanted collective nargaining left alone

He chose political games over the people in his states wishes.

Suring the health care debate , so many said "they" aren't listening to the people and started talking of revolutions...well, he didn't listen to the people of WI or Americans, both who sided with collective bargaining rights...

Where is the outrage from the tea party?? the right?

  • He got voted in, and he is listening to the people that voted him in.
You know, kinda like how you said Obama was now listening to the people that voted him in 2008?
It's all good Bitters, get used to it.
We got many Red State Governors with the same agenda, and 11 more seats to take in 2012.

  • We know polls are flawed and I doubt everyone in Wi was polled. I don't buy into polls from either side since they are not accurate. I visited the Capitol and most of the car tags around the capitol were from out of state. Most I know are not this outraged they are outraged the Capitol has been trashed and protesters smashed open glass doors to get in and probably will make the building look even worse. Like me they were outraged the protesters were damaging war memorials and leaving trash all over the place. Taxpayers will have to foot the bill to clean up when the people finally pack up and go back to their home states.

Dems had three weeks to come back they made the choice not to and Republicans finally ended the standoff. If the citizens are upset they have recourse and can vote Walker out and Republicans out. We will see if that happens. I know you hate Republicans but not all do.

  • Today a new generation of Republican governors like Bobby Jindal, Bob McDonnell, Chris Christie, Rick Perry and Haley Barbour are bringing conservative solutions to the challenges facing their states. It’s this generation of Republican governors who will lead our party and nation to greatness in the future.

    .

I'm so excited Bitters, can't you just feel the LOVE??

  • We know that getting elected is only the first step in transforming a state and the nation. Our governors are able to apply conservative principles to solve problems and implement reform policies that serve as models for the rest of the nation. That’s why we organize forums and other avenues through which governors can share ideas and best practices.

They are going to " transform the Nation" Bitters. Now, can you guess where they got the idea??

  • He didn't get RID of collective bargaining. That's a talking point and it's part of the problem. The media is whipping people into a frenzy.
