Quick! Someone just knocked at the door...

... is your house clean enough that you wouldn't be embarrassed to let them in?

Mine isn't ...time to clean!

  • Someone once told me that their house is usually clean. The secret is to invite your friends and family over often. I don't know about you, but I always clean my house before invited guests arrive.

  • yes, my house is always ready for company...as long as they don't move a piece of furniture and look behind or underneath it...they might see a bit-o-dust!

  • If they knock at my door, the problem is theirs. I didn't invite them, so why should I have to bust my butt cleaning for them. If I open the door, they get what they get.

rolling on floor However, my house is never really dirty because it's just me and hubby... so, yeah, it would be clean.

  • No, mine is pretty good. I babysit on Thursdays so I make sure the house is spotless when the mom drops her daughter off. Now after a day of only my husband being home with the kids, I'd be too embarrassed to even let the folks from Clean House come in.

  • It's not TOO bad... it's just me and my roommate here and we don't have that much stuff, so clutter is easily avoided... but it's not nearly as clean as it usually is. I've been busy lately and haven't kept up with it!
