What are some foods that have alot of iron in them?????

  • Meats and spinach are good sources, some whole grain breads and cereals, and other foods have small amounts that can add up throughout the day too.

    I had this link saved because my son isn't a big meat eater and had low iron on one test last year. I printed it and cut the list at the bottom out and put it on the fridge so I had ideas for snacks or what to include in recipes. I try to add spinach to things as much as possible.

  • apricots and sea weed. My sister gave birth in South Korea. The hospital give gave her sea weed soup to build up her iron. She said it tasted horrible.
