  • Nothing that is managed and maintained by human beings is completley flaw-free. I think, in most cases, our justice system does the best it can.

  • No one is perfect but they try. As usual there are things and people who cause things to go awry. In general it is just.

  • I think so, but I also think HOW you carry and represent yourself in court has an ENORMOUS bearing on the Judge/jury's verdict!!
