Other than lemon or lime juice, what can make water easier to drink?

  • I'd stick with it plain or with what you already do, the lemon juice or lime juice. You can add berries (I add frozen berries once in awhile)! But I'd avoid crystal light and those diet powders, the artificial sweetners can actually contribute to keeping the fat you are trying to lose!

  • plain water is wonderful. since when is it hard to drink. i love it. i drink a full glass of plain water every hour. that's the best way water can me consumed

  • cucumber slices, peaches, fresh berries, crystal light, you be surpise some people just have to go from cold water to room temp or vice versal and they notice a difference that away

  • Crystal Lite Iced Tea Mix is my #1 favorite. I drink it all the time....but, the artificial sweetner isn't that great for you.

  • I stay away from the Crystal Lite type things because the artifical sweetners are horrible for your body and they give me migraines. For me, it is easier to drink plain water when it's ice cold. Also, try frozen berries, watermelon, canteloupe or honeydew balls, frozen peach slices, cucumber or kiwi slices. Orange slices are good too. The frozen berries and melons acts like ice cubes.
