Seriously do all Dads have to do this??

Every night, about 15 minutes before bedtime, my DH thinks this is a great time to tickle and chase and get our son, 3, all worked up and excited.. REALLY??grr... like clock work too - no matter how many times I've talked to him about it lol!

  • Yep...dh does it.,and then gets mad when he gets tired and kenzie's still ready to go/he wants to wind and go to sleep, and she's asking him to keep tickling/playing with's a talk that we've had that goes in one ear and out the makes my nights longer, bc I'll be up until midnight with her getting her wound back down and asleep

  • No, they do not. My husband never did that when ours were younger.

  • My boyfriend does that too! haha. But i don't mind because they don't get much time together during the day.. so it's fun to see them play.

  • My dh doesn't. After asking him again and again to stop, I made him put the kids to bed while I took a nice warm bath. That taught him...

  • Mine does it too.

  • No, we are careful NOT to do that because they don't go to sleep and then their not sleeping cuts into our free time together.
