How do you cook london broil?

My granny isnt a meat eater but she buys it in case someone is ever over for dinner. She brought me some london broil? There's NO fat in it what so ever so I figure its going to be dry, how do I cook it? What do I cook it with? I want to make it for dinner when I get off but for the life of me I am at a loss!

  • Marinate it in any acidic marinade for 8 hours or overnight and grill it to medium rare, at most. The more done it is, the more dry it is. It's a very tasty cut of meat though

  • There's a good recipe for it in the crockpoting group here on CM that I used and everyone loved.

  • I 1 package of ranch & one of Italian, and 1 package of brown gravy mix. I mix it all with 1.5 to 2 cups of water and put the london broil in the crock pot and add the mixture and cook it on low overnight, its really yummy.

  • Marinade it and then broil it. I don't care for it to be too dry.
