Can my baby be teething already or is she sick?

my baby is a little over two months. However she is drooling alot and is trying to put her mouth on everything and shes trying to chew on her bottle nipples. Shes getting really hot but when i take her temp its only 98.3. Shes crying like shes in pain and i i have no idea what it could be. She seems really restless.

  • It could be teething. if she is in pain, give her some Tylenol. No matter what the problem is, it is not fair for her to be in pain. Also, I found smaller teething rings. Put those in the fridge and let your baby chew on them . It will help, trust me. If she is still acting up in a few days or if her fever spikes, then take her in. good luck.

  • My daughter does this when she is teething! You could give your baby a cold frozen banana out of the freezer to nipple on and drool on, a cold wash cloth to chew on! Teething toys help, also they have those viberating teething toys shaped as fruits you can get from the store my friend got one for my 12 month old it helps and soothes them. I am not a huge fan of medicating often but teething gel helps soo much! And if it seems really bad where she seems frusterated and wont stop crying you can give her some tylenol. :) These have all been wonders for me. Good luck for you andyour baby girl. :)
