It could certainly be your internet, or maybe your router or modem too. Try restarting your router and make sure it's firmware is up to date. Restart your modem too. If you continue to have internet connection problems have Comcast come take a look at your lines to make sure the wiring isn't causing a problem. If you continue to have problems once all those things have been cleared, it could be your computer.
