Meat loaf wont stay together??

Need some help ladies ..My meat loaf wont stay together . I buy good meat and use eggs and bread crumbs??

  • Mine always stays together. I buy the 90/10 beef for meatloaf. I use bread crumbs, a little milk, one egg, onions, and seasoning.

  • Try adding ketchup and milk as well. just add a few T of ketchup and add about 1/2 c. milk....

  • you have to use a very low fat content of beef. I buy lipton onion soup mix in the packets and follow the directions on that. it the packet bread crumbs, eggs, ketchup, and a little water. Its pretty good and I never have to worry about it falling apart.

  • How many eggs vs how much beef? I use 1 egg per pound of meat and don't have a problem. Maybe too many cracker crumbs too?
