  • Catfish mostly.
    Fresh catfish, cut into filets and soaked in a mixture of buttermilk and tabasco, some cajun seasoning about 2 hours.
    then put into a large tupperware container with a flour and cornmeal mixture and shake shake shake till covered andf let sit about a half hour. then shake again and fry in oil till brown and crispy. that's some good eatin' girl!!

  • Lay fish on foil, dot with butter, sprinkle on just a tiny bit of pepper & seasoned salt, wrap up, and grill. A few thin slices of onion is pretty tasty with it too.

  • We broil salmon...correction, my husband broils salmon. :) I'm not sure what he does to it exactly in terms of seasoning or preparation but it's tremendous!

  • We eat Tilapia because my fam is picky about their seafood. It's not fishy or bony in the least. I follow a recipe on the back of a cornmeal box that starts by soaking the fillets in milk and then coating the meal mixture with added flour and spices. Then use melted margarine drizzled over top to give it crunch and broil for about 7 minutes or until done. Crispy yet flaky fish that doesn't have as many calories as a fish fry.
