  • I tried lemon basil chicken burgers for a post Thanksgiving party. They were gone in no time. Ground chicken drizzled with flax seed oil (the flax oil is good for you and provides extra moisture for the burger), then I mixed in the zest of one lemon about 2 table spoons of fresh basil, 2 garlic cloves (put through the press), and some powdered sun dried tomato and chayenne pepper to taste. For cheese I used a tasty, crumbled goat cheese

  • chicken itself has basically no fat. white ground chicken with some salt and pepper, even a little garlic powder if you like garlic chicken. put on a whole wheat bun and put lots of veggies on it

  • Just get ground chicken breast, its 99% fat free. Then add spices (I recommend looking at Rachel rays burger recipes, she has great spice ideas).

  • What? Non fat. I was thinking cheddar cheese, avacado, lettuce, and maybe bacon strips. Alright forget that. How about make a pico di gallo. This is what I do. Diced tomatoes, onion, jalepeno, cilantro, salt and pepper. You can top that to your burger. Lots of flavor.
