  • Thats so funny.Jeez I would like to flush my poo and wee wee down a potty that I like sitting on! I would also like to stick with my good old light bulbs MADE IN THE USA ..that do not cause me a friggin headache!

  • I personally like how he keep calling her, and people like her, busybodies. That was great. Though, I really don't think SHE cared so much for it! I think it ruined her day.

  • Funny, but I wish he'd spent even more time stressing one of the biggest factors there - the retrofitting cost. The pat answer of government subsidies to help pay for energy efficient anything - it covers a partial cost of the appliance or fixture itself. It does not cover the cost of new pipes, wiring, or anything else just to make the energy efficient whatever fit. If it's an older house, that can be thousands of dollars, on top of the thousands out of pocket after the government pays half for the windows or appliances.

  • I agree with him, I also voted for him. I've said all along since they made us switch to water saving toilets that they don't save water when you have to flush them twice.

    Just more "unintended consequences" that the gov't is full of.
