Is it ok to eat frozen dinners and stuff like that while pregnant??

  • Yes it is. Not sure what you're thinking could be harmful? The sodium levels can be super high, so you might want to pay attention to which meals you choose for that reason and drink plenty of water.

  • yes, but like everything else in moderation. those dinners tend to have a lot of sodium in them and pregnant or not, one needs to be cautious of their sodium intake, but especially now when blood pressure can rise for no apparent reason its particularly important for pregnant women to watch their sodium intake. also, a lot of those dinners are geared toward weight loss and the meals might not be sufficient enough to satisfy your hunger. add an apple and a big glass of water with them.

  • Depends - how is your blood pressure? If it's fine, go for it, but nor all of the time! If your BF is high, avoid it, too much salt.

  • you can eat anything while pregnant!!!! i ate sushi and uncooked ballpark franks, unheated lunch meat. you can eat w/e you want

  • Ha ha very funny meooma...everything is fine with me,i never ate a lot of salt to begin with i don't use a lot in my food either.
