Would it be okay to make tomorrows cake, today?

I am amking a birthday cake and need to make it toinght, but the party isnt until 3:00 tomorrow. I am making fondant as well to put on it. Will it still be fresh and moist if I make it today and keep it covered?

  • I would not count on fondant being good the next day.Do cupcakes they keep great and will stay looking good too.

  • As long as it's put in the fridge and already covered with fondant it will be moist and fresh for up to 5 days
