  • Probably not much, don't push it if they don't want to eat. Maybe 7up and crackers, supposed to be good for upset stomach. Try to give fluids.

  • anything that is soothing on his throat. Popscicles are great, jello, keep him hydrated mainly. Remember the BRAT diet if he starts having tummy troubles:
Toast..............................................The main thing you need to do is to make sure he stays hydrated. The BRAT diet works for colds and sore throats as well.

  • My girls have been sick so much and these are some items I give them. Fluids like 7up or water or gatorade or pedlite, As for foods jello, gum, hard candy, graham crackers, dried cereal, gingersnaps since good for stomach ache, banana popsclice since the brat diet, bananas, applesauce, pancakes, waffles, toast, some peppermint tea with honey, soup, crackers, thin slices of turkey or chicken, shortbread cookies, mashed pts or baked pts, just light and easy stuff for their stomachs and try to do small meals at a time which helps. If want then cold medicine for the any pains.
