  • Call your doctor and explain exactly what is happening for his/her advice. Get off your feet as much as you can.

  • You may be having contractions and not feeling them. Try drinking a glass of water then go lay down on your left side. Then place your hand on your belly so you can feel weather or not your belly is getting hard.. If it does write down what time and how long it lasts. Do this for an hour and then call your doctor and let him/her know. Also its possible that after the baby drops it can become pain to get up and walk around so the best thing to do is stay off your feet as much as possible. When laying down the best side is your left. If you are still worried the best thing to do is call your doctor. Good luck to you and congrats.

  • I think it sounds like you have dropped and are having increased pressure from that. It isn't going to be long now, and if you are worried about possibly having contractions, go in. You wont be the first woman in there for "nothing", but if it's "something" you need to know!

  • try laying on your left side, relax, and drink lots of water. If that doesn't help then call your doctor.
